I am an Engineering Manager and SRE Manager with 13 years of experience building, operating, and scaling reliable software systems — primarily with C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework. Much of my work has been in financial and banking environments, where system reliability, observability, and performance under load are critical.
I have led engineering and SRE teams with a strong focus on reliability, delivery excellence, and developer experience. My work spans defining SRE practices, improving monitoring and observability, incident management, and establishing SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and DORA metrics to align engineering output with business outcomes.
As a manager, I build high-performing teams by balancing technical leadership, people management, and execution. I remove blockers, reduce cognitive load on engineers, and enable teams through platform tooling, standardized pipelines, and clear operational practices.
What distinguishes me is an ownership-driven mindset and an organization-wide perspective. Rather than optimizing a single service, I focus on the overall health, scalability, and resilience of the platform — while keeping transparency and alignment with leadership and company metrics.
I currently work as an Engineering Manager at İdeanet Bilişim, based in İstanbul. I lead three teams across an organization that spans enterprise applications built for customers and the products the company currently operates: Platform (monitoring, observability, CI/CD and shared tooling), Provider (customer-facing applications and integrations) and Support (customer support, incident/request management and continuous improvement).
Throughout my career I have worked intensively both at home and abroad — from Estonia-based fintech companies to banking and enterprise projects in Türkiye — gaining experience across different markets and distributed teams.
I was born in 1991 and have completed my military service. I am married with two children and speak professional, fluent English.
